Apple Pay や Google Pay はただの NFC 決済をモバイル端末で実現するためのフレームワークに過ぎないので技術力ないから外資を使うとかそういうことではないし、むしろ国産技術という面だと CPU や OS からちゃんとやる気あるだけマシな感
