メモリークリーナー，簡単に言うと malloc でバカみたいにメモリを確保して物理メモリ上のデータをいったんディスクの swap ファイル（Windows 的には仮想メモリってやつ）に追い出してしまって，結果的にコンパクションが働くみたいな乱暴なつくりっぽいので現代の OS だと逆効果きわまりないらしい（実際は malloc じゃなくて別の Windows の API の何か使ってるだろうけど）
