まったく風化はしてないと思うので自身に限れば可能な限り従っておくほうが社会で波風立てないと思うけど、一方で他者が室内などで着帽していた場合はイマドキどんな事情があるかもわからないので目くじら立ててもイライラするだけだから気にしないほうが得（任意のマナーがだいたいそう）
