If they still provide security update to this thing I think I can still daily drive it, almost like the peak of Apple's operating system design.

neat! I'm yet to get my hands on any of the powermac machines, unfortunately the second hand market for those machines isn't very active in where I live either :(
@katzeilla Alas MacOS on PPC ended around 10.5
Fortunately, OpenBSD runs quite nicely (modulo a decent browser) on my similar-vintage iBook G4. Just in case you want to keep the hardware around and doing something functional.
