@aurorus Out of scope for now. There is already enough work to do for everyone involved as it is. So this can only happen if dedicated developers for portable versions show up and keep staying involved.
@stsp I really liked your talk at EuroBSDcon 2019 about GOT. Is there any chance to make it compile on FreeBSD and/or macOS? I tried it, but lack the skills to port it on my own. Or is this out of scope for the project?
