SSPLとかの「ちょっとOSSじゃない」系のライセンスをわざわざ選ぶのは、OSSっぽいあり方をなるべく維持しつつクラウドベンダーによるタダ乗りを防ぎたいという意図があると思うので、基本的にはパブリッククラウドベンダー以外にはなるべく影響がないように進められるんじゃないだろうか
