IaaS は EC2 とかみたいな純粋な computing resource や network resource を提供するタイプのやつですね。
米国の国立機関である NIST の定義によると IaaS は “The capability provided to the consumer is to provision
processing, storage, networks, and other fundamental computing resources[..]” (SP 800-145)
