山形のモチを丸呑みする文化が気になったので、いつ買ったかも忘れた（たぶん一年以上前）のモチをレンチンしたら固い米粉パンみたいなものに成り果てた。丸飲みどころじゃない。真空パックつってもビニールやもんな。すこしづつ水分が抜けていくんやな。
